  1. Lauren and Pasha perform a cha cha choreographed by Jean Marc

Cha-cha is a type of ballroom dance and now one of the five dances of the “Latin American” program of international ballroom competitions.

This dance routine will take your breath away! Lauren Froderman, known for being the winner of SYTYCD Season 7, is a phenomenal athletic dancer. And in this routine, she nailed it! 😉 Yeah! Apologies Pasha! But she deserves that attention! Doesn’t she? 😛

2. Lauren and Mark perform Tahitian choreographed by Tiana Liufau

Tahitian dance, recognized by its fast hip-shaking and grass skirts, is a  graceful dance. This dance is with a fast rhythm music only (drums) and no singing.

3. Janelle Issis Belly Dance audition

Belly dance is mainly a torso-driven dance, with an emphasis on articulations of the hips. Unlike many Western dance forms, it’s on relaxed, natural isolations of the torso muscles, rather than on movements of the limbs through space.

Well! Her performance justifies this!

Hip-hop dance is a type of street dance performed to hip hop music . It includes a wide range of styles such as breaking, locking and popping which were created in the 1970s.

And it’s a surprise when a Ballet dancer does it!

5. Hero McRae Hip-Hop audition!

Do you remember the first all-female crew to win America’s Best Dance Crew Season 4 ? It was “We Are Heroes” !! Member Hiroka McRae auditioned for SYTYCD Season8. During the audition, she mentioned her family is safe from the earthquake in Japan. Although she couldn’t make it to Top 20 but through her performance, she proved that she definitely is a Hero!
